disco anteriore bollente

Ciao a tutti, ho appena fatto cambiare disco e pastiglie anteriori Vespa gts 300 hpe e noto che dopo pochi km il disco è già rigato (non solcato) nella facciata esterna. Avendo l'impressione che le pastiglie striscino costantemente ho provato a fare poche centinaia di metri senza usare il freno anteriore e il disco era caldo (me lo aspettavo freddo). C'è qualcosa che non va secondo voi ?

    Sempre smussare I ferodi parte esterna e interna. Da verificare se nella vaschetta ce troppo olio , la cuffia coperchio può fare pressione nel circuito..verifica alzando l anteriore se gira libera o se frenata la ruota.
