Vespa 200 non va in moto

Salve, ho già scritto un post sul problema della mia vespa ed avevo ricevuto un video da una persona molto gentile che mi spiegava il tutto, ora nn trovo piu nella chat ne i video ne le risposte.... Bo?? Ho un problema in avviamento nn gira il motorino e il relè anteriore fa un rumore come fosse in corto.. Mi aveva spiegato di togliere la sella e controllare il relé che c é li facendo una prova con il motorino di avviamento, purtroppo nn avendo piu il video non so la procedura. Grazie
